• Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet• Operate the outlet as a successful independent profit centre• Adhere to the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards• Ensure financial success of the outlet
Requirements
• Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant• Good standards of work experience• Ability to operate within budget
