The candidtate must have excellent communication skills and must know how to use advance excel. Candidate needs to handle the entire HR data - Personal Information of all employees, monthly - weekly leave reports, Attrition reports. Any employee related data which is required by management has to be managed by the candidate alongwith other HR day to day activities.
