Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, HR Shared Services
In this role, you will be responsible for driving global compliance and audits for processes managed by HR Shared services. Ensure smooth flow of the execution in global locations. This position is responsible for driving governance in process management.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for below mentioned responsibilities:
.Deep Dive in HR Shared Services related processes (Hire to retire) to draw compliance controls
.Conduct assessments to identify risks and gaps
.Facilitate implementing new compliance controls to mitigate Gaps as required
.Collaborate with Process Managers to keep Policy documents, SOPs , process narratives up-to-date and live.
.Participate in on-going audits in all the processes from Hire to Retire and ensure the audits are closed with effective scores
.Partner with management / regions to determine appropriate remediation steps and ensure corrective action is carried out
.Partner with different functions such as HR, Payroll, IT, Audit teams, etc,. on various adhoc projects
.Report out on process performance from compliance standpoint
Qualifications we seek in you1
Minimum qualifications/skills
.Graduation from a Recognized University
.Relevant work exp. preferably in HR and or any other people function area
.Strong oral and written communications skills, for effective discussions with leadership & functional stakeholders across regions.
.Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications/skills
.Knowledge/Experience in stakeholder management, project management
.Compliance related knowledge
