Assistant Manager- FSB (Store and Warehouse)
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
1. Role:
The FSB Lead will be responsible for all the FSB activities and be the central function of co-ordination with the field staff resulting in optimum inventory, least turn around time and costs , MIS generation and internal customer satisfaction.
2. Responsibility:
- In charge of FSB (Warehouse).
- Manage optimum inventory.
- Conduct Monthly stock taking activities.
- Monitor and perform on-time entry and dispatch of components including recyclable and scarp.
- Update and Maintain data on SAP and generate MIS related to FSB and report to Mumbai.
- Co-ordinate with Internal Customers, EI team meetings.
- Support EI-Sales with tendering/quotations
- Data updates regarding maintenance contracts.
- Maintain Subcontractor and other employee records including statutory obligations.
- Ensure and emphasize on safe working conditions and personal safety
