Asst. Manager Store

Job Description :

• Ensuring company policy of zero tolerance of stock mismatch is achieved with perfection
• Monitor day-to-day store operations; ensuring GRNs and Issuance of materials are done on daily basis
• Control inventory by following ABC analysis and identified and display A & B category items;
• Ensuring Physical stock taking is done on quarterly basis as mandate for all items and for A class on monthly basis.
• Ensuring correct inventory records in system (SAP) and also ensuring physical documents availability in stores for any movement of material (IN/OUT)
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions in a timely manner
• Design and implement standards and guidelines for a variety of material requirement for production and branch movements
• Helping procurement team as the need be in following up with supplier for timely material delivery and inward materials in coordination with procurement team
• Coordinate with commercial team for documentation requirement with proper planning
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs
• Create reports and presentations, Inventory MIS, old material, repaired materials, defective materials, unused materials, non-moving materials, warranty tracker, ageing analysis etc for upper management
• Suggest for improvement in processes and post approval implement the overall store strategy.
• Lead, evaluate, motivate, day to day working of the stores team
• Any other work as assigned to you on time to time basis by management

Experience : Services Industry, Manufacturing indusry, Airconditioning-Refrigeration

Education : B.Com
