Job Description
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel for employees.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient travel logistics.
- Manage travel itineraries and address any travel-related issues
- Organize and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Ensure events run smoothly and align with organizational objectives.
- Manage guest house bookings and accommodations for employees and guests.
- Guarantee a seamless and comfortable experience for all guests.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of guest house facilities.
- Cultivate and uphold relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for optimal terms.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Ability to organize and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ensure smooth coordination of multiple administrative functions simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and guests.
- Keen attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities.
- Ensure accuracy in travel arrangements, event logistics, and guest house bookings.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges.
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts and event-related expenses.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on travel, event management, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel management software.
- Basic accounting; computer skills & Front Desk coordination.
