AddressFund Administration and Reporting:
1. Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational functioning across the Asset Management business for AIF/PMS.
2. Cash Management - Assist in cash flow preparation of various funds. Prepare and send cash transfer instructions for daily expenses / investments.
3. Opening and control of fund bank accounts.
4. Reconciliation of the broker, custodian, Bank and Holdings statements
5. Calculation of the fund's income and tracking expense accruals as per PPM. Ensuring accurate payment of fund expenses within reasonable time.
6. Calculation of the total returns and other performance measures of the fund
7. Financial statement preparation as per relevant accounting standards and coordinate various audit like Statutory audit, Internal audit, Tax audit, Concurrent Audits and PPM audit.
8. Assist in various regulatory compliances as mentioned below:
- Income Tax /GST act, FATCA Compliance etc.
- SEBI : SEBI AIF compliance, SEBI monthly / quarterly regulatory return preparation and filing, etc.
- RBI : Filing form DI and form DPIIT intimation when investments are done, InVI report filing, Annual FLA return filing etc.
- Send statement of accounts to Investors, solving Investor queries, provide investor specific reports, sharing XIRR calculation with the investors etc.
- Monitoring of NAV returns to ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts.
- Performing TB scrutiny at regular intervals to ensure no outstanding old balances in the books.
