3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Identify and engage with key industry influencers and professionals to enhance Trask's brand reputation and market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective promotional activities and events to drive brand awareness and sales.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor sales activities and provide detailed reports on key sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven suggestions to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to track leads, sales, and market insights for accurate forecasting and future planning.

Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within the footwear or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

2. Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and build relationships with clients.
