• Drive desired Puma Retail standards• Develop new PUMA partner stores as per budget• Track competition and provide regular feedback for product improvement• Ensure timely payments from Retailers distributors• Maintain financial health of the business for the region• Lead a team of Sales associates• Formulate regional sales plans• Negotiate margins with distributors and retail partners• Evaluate and optimize space allocation in existing locations• Identify opportunities in new locations
