Accountabilities
- Managing operationally external partners
- Leading and managing daily operations delivery covering end user support, solutions and infrastructure
- Committing and achieving performance regarding SLA, budget and user satisfaction
- Ensuring end to end vendor management and coordination
Responsibilities:
- Supervises services delivery and performance: end user support services, solutions, infrastructure services
- Monitors reliability of applications, systems, security of data, and defines emergency plans
- Coordinates the completion of IT processes under conditions which best promote quality, delivery and cost
- Directs, organizes, plans and monitors department activities:
a) Defining & managing service & solutions performance
b) Defining & monitoring operations processes to deliver high quality, reliable and efficient services
c) Implementing improvements to achieve the quality of services expected
- Supervises interactions with central teams in particular with Projects to ensure a smooth transition between build and run activities and with Design Authority and/or businesses to manage change requests
- Elaborates and follows up budget and financial reporting
