Job Description:-
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Finance Analyst with a minimum of two to three years of experience in Business Finance or Financial Planning and Analysis (FPNA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. As a Business Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and budgeting
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and forecast
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Skills and Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA from tier 1 college preferred
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in Business Finance or FPNA role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
