Agresso Support Engineer

Systems accountant – Unit4 Agresso

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the project team to understand the current status of the Unit4 Agresso ERP system.
• Continuously monitor performance Troubleshoot issues and support users with access, usage, and knowledge issues.
• Design and manage materials that help users adopt the systems and use them in a consistent way.
• Ensure all process documentations are updated with relevant changes and prepare/control new documents when new processes are implemented.
• Design, analyse, review, and maintain the systems and processes, and related policies and controls.
• Create, modify, and optimise reports from the systems.
• Managing the relationship with the implementation partner.
• Daily maintenance activities and monitoring day to day
• Previous experience as a super user of or systems administrator or systems accountant
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Experience dealing with ERP systems in an international/multi-national company context, managing stakeholders from different countries and cultures.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in Unit4 Agresso/ERP application.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in Unit4 Agresso support.
• Excellent Communications

Desired Skills:

• Experience in SQL and Excel.
• Service now task management experience.
