Support Engineer
Duties And Responsibilities:-
Validate database deployments for best practices.Monitor deployment metricsDebug performance issuesDebug replication and availability issuesProvide customer support for performance, schema design, indexes, etc.
Qualifications:-
Background in Linux/Unix administrationFamiliar with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment. Weekend work may be required. There is a rotating on-call calendar.Good written and oral communication skills.Good Knowledge of SQL databases â SQL server, Oracle, MySQLExpertise with multiple databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, & Elastic(Ref:www.freshersworld.com,freshersworld)
