The Opportunity
As an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Practice Head, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AEM-based solutions for clients. You will oversee all aspects of the AEM practice, including strategy, operations, delivery, and client management. You will work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
What you'll Do
- Interfaces between clients, PMs, Architects and Development team
- Maps client's product roadmap against AEM vs custom features
- Gathering requirements and assumptions
- Verifies and validates development process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and methodology
- Leads/guides/mentors team members comprising senior and mid-level
- Always represents Adobe (work product, communications, presence) professionally in both client and team situations
- Articulates the architectural vision to clients, sponsors and stakeholders
What you need to succeed
- Overall 15+ years of industry Experience
- Proven ability with AEM development and AEM Content Management System
- 5+ years handling technical and/or business teams in customer-facing function
- Lead the AEM practice by setting strategic direction, goals, and objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and statements of work.
- Define and manage the AEM practice budget and resource allocation.
- Hire, manage, and mentor AEM developers and other practice staff.
- Oversee the delivery of AEM projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AEM and related technologies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in AEM and related technologies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
