Admin/Hr Executive

We are hiring Experienced HR Admin Executive for our Head Office , Mukund Nagar Location.

Job Description –

• End to end recruitment process.
• Monitoring and Maintaining Daily & Monthly attendance.
• Preparing , Maintaining and Monitoring Company policies like Leave , Travel , Appraisal etc
• Responsible to prepare and maintain Monthly Wages, PF , ESIC , PT and all other applicable statutory.
• Single point of contact to company staff and management related to HR and Admin issues.
• Maintaining Office assets , Stationary, Telephone connections etc.
• Maintaining & Monitoring inwards, outwards, logistics , office filing , pantry etc.
• Assisting Banking and Accounting related work.
• Any other work as and when required.

Skills –

• Shall have Strong and clear communication skills.
• Shall be able to handle multitasking.
• Shall able to understand the requirement of User/ Customer/ Team.
• Shall be proficient in Excel , Word & email.

Education –

• 12 th Pass / Any Graduate with above skill set.

Experience –

• Min Two Year
• Vehicle Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
