Roles And Responsibilities:
Handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, monthly billing and cheques, etc
Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence Handling requests and queries appropriately
Maintaining efficient documentation and filing system
Involves in handling Housekeeping Services, Security Management, Pantry Management, Assets Management and general admin activities like verification of stationery stock, petty cash
Miscellaneous Functions: Newspaper, Magazines, Couriers etc.,
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 year tally working experience.
General Admin activities, Banking work. GST returns filing , willing to travel 50%, Handling ESI statuatory complaints.
