Salary: INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Work Timing: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated female Sales Executive to join our team at Elatre Solutions Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation for our products/services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Female candidates preferred.

Walking Dates: February 26th to February 29th, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
