Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive for Tanishq. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India with a focus on retail sales. Locations : Ushman Road , Valasaravakkam , Cathedral Road, Pondy Bazaar
Qualifications And Skills
Age : 18 to 30 yrs
Qualification : 12th pass/ HSC / Diploma / Graduate
Candidate should have good English communication Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry
Excellent communication and. interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of retail sales and store management
Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company
Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients\" needs and offering suitable learning solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager,
