Admin Compliance Officer

1. Administrative Activities.

· Collaborate with contractors and verify essential documents, including bills and AMC contracts.

· Ensure all required documentation is complete and liaise with the accounts department for payment release.

· Housekeeping and Security Oversight.

• Maintain accurate records of all office assets, including equipment, furniture, and supplies.

· Ensure the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining all necessary records.

· Handle legal matters related to administration and compliance, working with legal counsel as needed.

· Administration Support to staff to facilitate the smooth functioning of daily task.

· Manage petty cash funds efficiently and maintain accurate records.

· Accounting of all the bills in the system.

· Perform a wide range of administrative duties and tasks as assigned.

· Additional Administrative Activities.

· Assist in various general administrative activities and projects as needed.

· Inventory management.

· Factory Round daily or as and when required.

· CCTV Monitoring.

· HIGG Audit.

· GRS Audit.
