Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team at AiR Institute Of Realization. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant and possess strong business acumen and expertise in tax preparation, bank and account reconciliation, financial statements, and accounting principles. Qualifications and Skills
- Only Male candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Business acumen and ability to analyze financial data
- Expertise in tax preparation and compliance
- Proficiency in bank and account reconciliation
- Experience in preparing financial statements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Worked on Tally ERP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Checking HH/ FOSA & KK Bank
- Making day to day Tally accounting for Collections, transfers, Expense Journals Cash and Bank payments etc.
- Liaison with banks for day today banking operations.
- Manage financial records and maintain accurate bookkeeping
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data integrity
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management
- Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations
