Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at SLV Housing Development Corporation. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with 7 to 10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
