Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and deeply engaging with them to uncover their unique requirements.

- CXO Engagement: Independently engage with C-level executives in customer organizations, effectively presenting our solutions and aligning them with the strategic goals of the clients.
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on consultative selling and long-term relationship building.
- Market Understanding: Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in the agritech sector, and leverage this knowledge to position company as a leader in the field.
- Techno Sales Expertise: Utilize the understanding of techno sales processes to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize results.
Education Qualification & Experience
- Experience: 5-7 years of proven consultative sales experience in the technology sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the agricultural industry, and a strong understanding of remote sensing technologies, is highly advantageous.
- Academic and Business Records: Demonstrated academic excellence and a consistent record of success in driving business growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
