Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Data Entry in TCS for the Group (Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, etc)
• Maintaining relevant data in excel
• E-invoices and E-waybill /purchase
• Branch accounting
• Inventory reporting
• Collection Follow-up emails
• Foreign remittance documentation
• Banking (Preparing RTGS, NEFT, Cheques)
• Maintaining filings of physical documents
• Import documentation knowledge (preferable).
• GST return preparation (GSTR 1 and GSTR3B)
• TDS return preparation

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience- Minimum 3 years in accounts
• Must be well versed with computers and software such as TCS, Excel, Word etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
