"ACCOUNT DIRECTOR-MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS "
EXPERIENCE: 10+ YEARS (Large team handling skills)
Work Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore
MANDATORY SKILLS: You need to be collaborative and communicative, and able to work with different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency. To be an effective multichannel marketer, you need to have a broad knowledge of different channels and platforms, their features, benefits, and limitations. Strategic thinker, involved with FOW with the client, monitoring the teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Director, you will be the strategic storyteller, wielding the power of narrative to elevate brands. You will lead a talented team of creative and communication professionals - like copywriters crafting captivating messages, content creators weaving brand stories, and graphic designers bringing it all to life visually. Together, you will orchestrate multi-Channel Communication Campaigns that resonate with target audiences, propel client brands to new heights, and solidify the agency's own reputation as a leader in shaping brand narratives.
- Implement communications strategies from a digital and content perspective.
- Analyses competitive data to understand client's performance.
- Negotiates successfully to the best outcome for the firm.
- Synthesizes team findings into presentations of strategic narratives and conclusions appropriate, for various business situations.
- Providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with established standards and principles to digital media.
- Work with data analytics and insight teams to develop valuable business intelligence to feed into strategic plans and recommendations.
- Support business development by evaluating potential content licensing deals, commercial models, and digital opportunities.
- Creates best practice pilot and integration methodologies to improve the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies for investment opportunities.
- Provide insight and support for digital operations. Leads structured review process for partner recommendations.
- Ensure clear communication from digital strategy to stakeholders.
- Leads the team to deliver ad-hoc requests and projects as needed
People Management
- Manages a team of associates.
- Coach and mentor, the team and provide support and leadership
- Promote collaboration with internal stakeholders and foster positive relationships to achieve high-level outcomes
- Leads senior executives through strategic dialog on key challenges, strategic options, and possible outcomes
- Work with senior leadership to create policies and procedures, best practices that impact the broader department
- Proactively work to solve problems and communicate to senior management, and actively seek clarification when there is ambiguity
