- Handle the direct walk-in customers/Enquiries
- Understands customer needs/requirements and displays and/or demonstrates products (Laptops, Desktop, Printers etc or any other Value added services)
- Discuss with the customer and based on the situation, up-sells cross sells and quotes correct prices and payment terms.
- Take In-Charge of complete Showroom
- Handle walk-in customers & understand their needs
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling social media and etc.,
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Candidates should have excellent analyzing skills and able to multi-task for further job description and requirement
