Develop, deliver and manage the training process in the respective zones covering all stake holders– both internal and external (Franchisee and his staff).This includes TNI (Training needs identification)/ TNA (Training needs assessment), Programme / content development, Delivery (Testing, Piloting and Executing) Assessment and Feedback.

Responsible for Process/ functional and Developmental training of Employees in the zone and their channel partners
- To Deliver Training Programmes for Employees and channel Partners and their staff
- Conduct TTT (Train the trainer program) as and when required

Effective training needs assessment (TNA) to identify areas for learning and growth for employees & Channel Partners and their staff, in consultation with respective functional managers
- TNA to be done for Functional / process in training in consultation with Functional Managers periodically

Content development - Research industry specific materials and translate into training materials –– keeping in mind the overall Organizational goal
- Functional Training content to be developed (and upgraded periodically – once a year) in consultation with Functional Managers / SMEs
- Behavioural / Soft Skill content to be tailor made as per the TNI
- Contents to be validated in Vernacular where ever and whenever required

Budget – Prepare training budget - Optimize training resource, materials and tools used during training delivery for maximum impact and ROI
- Prepare the annual training Budget in consultation with HO and the Zone and have the same signed off.
- Quarterly monitoring of the training Budget.
- Ensure effective and optimal use of Training Budget

Assessments - Understand key business metrics and measure impact of training and also assess for learning gaps periodically
- Prepare and conduct post training level one assessments
- Prepare and conduct assessments for certifications as and when required.
- Conduct Pre training assessments where specified.
- Collate and analyse along with publishing the results. Recommend path forward based on the results
- SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Post graduate from reputed University
Certification of reputed training programmes will be an added advantage
- Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
Overall 15 years of which minimum 10 years of training experience which should include at least 5 in managerial capacity.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in Petroleum Industry
- Functional Skills:
- Sound experience in developing and executing training programs for the business.
- Ability to organize motivate, mentor, and lead employees through learning initiative.
