Zonal Manager - Sales


Job Title: Zonal Manager (North India)
Job Location & Vacancies: Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Zonal sales team, providing training and mentoring to sales professionals.
- Develop and execute effective zonal sales strategies to surpass targets.
- Implement sales forecasting techniques to establish realistic sales goals.
- Drive the team to consistently exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive information about our offerings and their benefits to both the sales team and clients.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop new products for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed insights.
- Continuously improve the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills through training.
- Take a proactive role in generating business both individually and through the team.
- Evaluate and enhance the team's performance, setting clear KPIs and expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the sales team.

- Applicant Requirements/Qualifications:-
- MBA from a reputed college preferred. Alternatively, 12+ years of sales experience.
- 10+ years of proven sales experience in Dental/Pharma/FMCG sales with a focus on revenue generation from specialized products and managing sales across multiple states.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably as a State Head/Zonal Head.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to build and lead a successful sales team.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
