Position: Zonal Sales Manager - Client Relationship Management (CRM)
About the Role:
We are seeking proactive and results-driven Zonal Sales Managers to oversee our Client Relationship Management (CRM) efforts within the North and South India zones respectively. Your primary focus will be on leading and nurturing our CRM teams within the specified zones, with a keen emphasis on acquiring and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). Your leadership will be instrumental in driving sales growth and surpassing ambitious revenue targets for our diverse product offerings within the designated zones.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing CRM team within the North/South India zone, fostering effective collaboration and achieving collective goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target and onboard new HNI, UHNI, and NRI clients within the North/South India zone.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients within the North/South India zone, gaining deep insights into their financial goals and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the central product sourcing team to curate bespoke investment portfolios for clients within the North/South India zone, focusing on alternate investment opportunities.
- Proactively advise and educate clients within the North/South India zone on potential risks and market dynamics, enabling informed decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate client portfolios within the North/South India zone, recommending adjustments aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
- Consistently surpass individual and team sales targets within the North/South India zone, significantly contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of market trends within the North/South India zone, conduct competitor analysis, and remain updated on new developments in the alternate investment landscape.
Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales targeting HNI, UHNI, and NRI clientele.
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets and achieving sustained growth.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Profound understanding of financial planning and investment services, particularly in the realm of alternate investments.
- Experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Familiarity with the specific dynamics of the Indian market within the North/South India zone.
- Prior experience in banking, private banking, financial services, Real Estate, or luxury product sales is preferred.
