This role is responsible for driving initiatives that help develop new capabilities and lead cost transformation projects within Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
• Lead automation and digital initiatives to enable a responsive and efficient Supply Chain• Identify areas of opportunities in enhancing existing systems and processes and lead exploratory search for suitable solutions• Keep abreast with new technology developments in the industry and bring forth solutions to leverage• Be the Supply Chain single point of contact for global/regional/local level transformation initiatives• Lead pilot studies on tactical and strategic initiatives related to distribution network, Co-packing/VAS operations, Warehousing, Transportation, Importation and Customer Service• Drive initiatives to reduce Supply Chain complexity and simplify operations through regular SKU rationalisation exercises, RTM consolidation studies, vendor consolidation, process optimization, etc.• Data crunching and analysis to identify root causes impacting Supply Chain KPIs such as Service Levels, Inventory, Costs, etc. and propose continuous improvement plans• Identify capable partners (3PL) in areas of concern that are critical and lead the change• Champion change management for processes across SC function through appropriate training and governance• Lead initiatives that require establishing new sourcing sites or distribution channels/network
Requirements
• Post Graduate - MBA in Supply Chain/Operations• 3 to 5 years of relevant Supply Chain functional experience• Experience in leading change initiatives
