Zonal HR Head

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Zonal HR Head for a fast-growing Financial Services firm. The role will be based out of Bangalore reporting to the Head HR.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and on-boarding processes.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Nurture a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
- Develop HR policies ensuring legal compliance.
Qualification:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Up to 15 years of experience in working in BFSI,IT, & fintech industry.
