What does this role hold for you...??
- Handling and guiding South (Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai) cities to achieve monthly sales targets
- Guiding and training team managers regarding the market, our services and competition
- Monitoring team productivity and helping poor performers improve their productivity
- Ensuring team compliance with sales quality guidelines and CRM updation guidelines
- Coordinating with legal and registration team for closing customer transactions
- Handling customer escalations wherever required to achieve closure
- Ensuring collection of revenues from customers
- Foster and enhance the supply side by actively onboarding new developers to expand our network
- Implement strategies to attract a larger pool of developers and ensure a steady influx of
- Cultivate and sustain strong connections with existing developers
- Achieving the overall defined targets by driving teams
Apply if you have:

- At least 12 - 15 years of experience in Sales
- Handled a team, Multiple layers of reporting
- Good communication skills
- Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospect
- High levels of passion and ownership
