- Starting Co-Lending Partnerships with a few Banks.
- Creating Alternate Channel in the Vertical for increasing the Sales Funnel
- Continuous involvement in Policy improvement, new products and expansion of branches.
- Set up Soft and Hard collection team.
- Delivering a Business of s monthly
- Managing a Product mix of Trading, Dairy and Manufacturing Retail Assets -Unsecured Business loans)
- Leveraged data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business improvements.
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring employees and implementing mentoring program to promote positive feedback and engagement.
- Streamlining costs through proactive examination and improvement of operations.
- Built and strengthened relationships with industry partners to drive growth.
- Set and monitor annual budgets for departments and entire business.
- Develop and implement successful strategies for building company sales.
