Job Location: Delhi
Tenure: Contractual (12 months)
Nature of Work: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and management of wireless for Community program. Oversees and develops short and long-term strategic goals pertaining to the planning, development, design, operational processes, research and communication.
Develops plans for the effective use of incident communications equipment and facilities, manages the distribution of communications equipment to incident personnel, and coordinates the installation and testing of communications equipment in accordance with the guidelines. Supporting Monitoring and Evaluation, baseline, midline and end line assessments and others.
Remuneration: Between INR 35000- 50000
Educational Qualification: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration or a closely related field and 3 – 5 years of progressively responsible related experience with 1 – 2 years of lead or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge:
- Wireless Communications Technology – Thorough knowledge of proper procedures, techniques, tools and equipment used to install, maintain and repair Wireless Communications systems and sub-systems. Knowledge of electronic and wireless theory including Indian government policy & compliance knowledge like wireless policy, PM-Wani policy etc.
- Information Technology – Knowledge of networking technologies, Windows O/S Knowledge of Microsoft Office 360 Suite,
- Supervision – Knowledge of leadership techniques, principles and procedures to assign work, schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate the work of assigned
- Strategic Planning – Knowledge of strategic planning principles and theories to ensure a competitive
