Quant Analytics Manager – Customer Identity & Authentication Product
As Quant AnalyticsVice President you will perform and provide data diagnostic insights for our Customer Identity & Authentication Product area. Your knowledge and expertise will be key to developing and maintaining features that lower risk and protect our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design & development of metrics as well as ongoing metric monitoring
- Develop diagnostic capabilities to proactively look for and identify attack vectors
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing management and product area business initiatives
- Build and work in a controlled environment
- Participate in roadmap discussions and capture data requirements to feed into our data roadmap
- Actively drive efficiencies by using data, reporting, and analysis to develop and recommend improvements in existing operational processes
- Synthesize analytical findings; be a storyteller who clearly and concisely articulates analytical findings in a compelling way that enables senior leadership to confidently make evidence-based decisions
- May lead a small team of individuals including professional development and effective performance management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in quantitative/analytical function
- Proficiency in a range of statistical methods and tools including SQL and Python
- Ability to develop advanced data visualization and presentations (Tableau, Alteryx)
- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and insights to design and recommend system or process improvements
- Experience defining and establishing effective controls
- Excellent communication and the ability to present to an executive audience
- Robust relationship management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in a Risk or Fraud related environment
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
