We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vendor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our vendor partners to ensure the timely and effective delivery of quality candidates for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendor partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Regularly assess vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Vendor Selection and Onboarding:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors to expand our network of talent sources.
- Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, including training and orientation.
Candidate Engagement:
- Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their applications and any relevant updates.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals, preferences, and concerns.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the submission of high-quality candidates.
- Work closely with vendors to address and resolve any performance issues promptly.
