Job Description:

What you will do:

This person is part of the Global IT Vendor Management team with specific responsibilities for license management, distribution and compliance. They will also have responsibility for software billing processes and management. In addition to software responsibilities, they will drive selected vendor interactions in India, specifically ensuring the right resources are staffed at the best rates.

What you will Bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience with license management and compliance negotiation required.
• Experience managing vendors on service integrator engagements required/ Contract Management-TAT on tickets/Quality
• Experience in Application providers -S/W asset management like  S/w to  track what is installed on their systems.Asset Management S/W  tool(ServiceNow, SNOW )
• Experience with s/w licensing and negotiating contracts
• Administration of licensees and Process around licence management
• Experience managing vendors engagements required.
• Experience with software asset management tools a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, billing process and taxes a strong plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills
• Deep analytical skill working with licensing models and data
• Must have high aptitude working with Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work across boundaries and senior leadership, in person and remotely
• Strong understanding of IT ecosystems and enterprise systems.
