Will be working on Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc. (Healthcare Nursing) Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager) Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,) Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for healthcare clients in the US. Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications. Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites. Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. Requirements: Min 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
