Job Description:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading our recruitment team to provide top-notch healthcare staffing solutions. We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry, client needs, and a proven track record in leading and mentoring a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:   Manage and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, with a particular focus on clients like NYCH. Understand client staffing requirements and ensure successful placements.

Recruitment Strategy:   Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top healthcare professionals. Ensure the team follows best practices in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.

Hands-On Recruitment:   While leading the team, actively participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making placements.

Performance Metrics:   Monitor and report on team performance, key performance indicators, and recruitment metrics. Implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and results.

Compliance:   Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards, such as healthcare licensure and credentialing.

Collaboration:   Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in healthcare staffing, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  
• Hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Client-focused with experience serving healthcare clients.
  
• Familiarity with US healthcare regulations and staffing requirements is a plus.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
