SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM 06 Months - 05 YEARS OF US STAFFING & RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE. THE PERSON SHOULD BE LOCAL TO VADODARA, GUJARAT.
Main Responsibilities of Senior Healthcare Recruiter / Healthcare Recruiter:
1. Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
2. Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc.
3. Assess an applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
4. Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
5. Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
6. Submitting a candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
7. Timely communicating with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
8. Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
