Job Title: Manager TrainingLocation: Navi MumbaiCTC 8 to 12 lacs.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our company as the Manager Training. As the Manager of Training, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our employees. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the highest standards of service excellence in the BPO industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Client ManagementQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). 8 to 12 years in leading the training function (Function/process training) should be from the BPO sector. Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs, preferably in the BPO industry. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire trainees. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a training team effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess training needs and evaluate training outcomes. Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other training technologies. Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards in the BPO industry. Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
