Job Description :
- This is a consumer facing product role where you will be responsible for building end to end customer journey for MakeO's customers taking at-home and at-clinic beauty treatments like smile correction. In addition to owning customer experience, you will also own the platforms and capabilities required to power customer experience.
- The role requires working closely with the senior leadership including chief product technology officer and co-founders who are still deeply involved in building robust customer experience.
What you will do :
- Build deeper understanding of customers using qualitative and quantitative techniques and derive deep consumer insights to inform product priorities and roadmap
- Collaborate very deeply with internal stakeholders across product development, manufacturing, doctors, and customer support to identify top business problems to solve and establish key product metrics to move
- Adopt a structured approach to identify problems and build a strong roadmap
- Use a robust prioritization framework to help team solve high priority problems
- Create high quality PRDs by working closely with design, engineering, biz stakeholders, quality and take end to end ownership of delivery of roadmap and features to improve customer experience
- Communicate progress on the product roadmap, delivery of features, successes and learnings with key stakeholders on regular basis
- Be the advocate of customer and be the owner of the customer experience, metrics and product success.
Job Requirements :
- Total 4+ years of product management experience in the product led companies
- Deep empathy with customers and ability to interview customers, listen to customer feedbacks, analyze data and derive consumer insights
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interface at multiple levels of an organization and across functional groups to clearly articulate priorities and deliverables.
- Experience in working for startups or high-growth product organizations is preferred
