Job Purpose

This position is primarily responsible for the strategic and technical implementation and on-going support of the business process automations.The position is responsible to drive & manage digitization across the IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and understanding the IT processes
  • Resolve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Roll out of AI bot for other use cases.
  • Managing the relationship with the business team at the site to understand their business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
  • Maintain high performing service support functions including an IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, and VIP Support
  • Able to manage multiple plants and office locations for providing seamless IT support & infrastructure enablement.
  • Responsible for Capacity planning, Asset governance, and Inventory management for the site requirements.
  • Coordinate all infrastructure planned or unplanned activities and ensure proper communication to the stakeholders.
  • Regular governance of Support partners for efficient IT support.
  • Drive internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality, and processes
  • Get the analysis done of Incident trends, and recommend actions, get those implemented.
  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved and escalated tickets.
  • Project Management and Project execution
  • Manage the desktop computing environment to ensure that laptops, PC’s and other devices are built and maintained to high standards of performance and security.
  • Operational & enhancement support for Plant applications.
  • Manage business stakeholders

Interaction with technical experts of key vendors

Education

BE/BTech/MCA/Diploma in Systems / engineering

Experience

6+ years of relevant experience in implementing and managing various tools.- ITSM, ITAM, Event Correlation,Application performance Monitoring, Network performance Monitoring, Server Monitoring and Automation tools like Ansible,selenium etc.

Preferred

Experience in providing Technical Support

Experience in Manufacturing/ Automotive industry

Skill

  • Architectural Knowledge & working experience of AI & ML
  • Knowledge of script based automation
  • Skills related to data and reporting
  • Knowledge of Digital Transformation for the support functions- IT, HR, Legal, Procurement etc
  • Project management, planning & execution
