About the Position : This position is responsible for planning and implementing- sales,- marketing- and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Areas of Responsibility :
- Sell idea -based integrated media solutions to clients
- Provide Content solutions for the clients
- Grow business by servicing the existing clients
- Work towards selling new and existing, distinct Mid to large scale IPs (Both Local and National) and generate sponsorships
- New customer acquisition and maximize revenue by leveraging value across all available platforms - On-ground, ATL - Print, Radio, TV, OOH, Digital, Social etc.
- Building healthy relationships with the internal stakeholders as well
- Meet assigned revenue targets as per agreed timeline
- Explore new partnerships with affiliated organizations/ associations for curation and better content management
- Create new opportunities in the existing events to upsell and renew existing campaigns/ clients through sales team.
Educational Qualifications Required : MBA candidates mandatory
Relevant Experience :
- Previous experience in concept selling
- Excellent oral, written communication skills
- Knowledge of the industry and the market
- Knowledge of power point & excel is a must
