Your role
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Subject matter expert on Third Party and Outsourcing risk management
- Prepare Management and Board materials on Third Party and Outsourcing risk
- Work closely with global stakeholders to execute and maintain strong Third Party risk governance to ensure effective adoption of the Group TPRM Policy and Framework
- Managing the regulatory deliverables required from the MAS outsourcing guidelines (Outsourcing Register, periodic reviews on outsourcing relationships, etc.)
- Assist in data analytics and reporting activities
- Identify outsourcing related issues, escalate them to local outsourcing committees, manage their closure and improve risk management framework if necessary.
Your team
You will be working in Group HR and Corporate Services Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) organization. You will be based in Navi Mumbai and working with a global team of professionals. This role will have broad exposure across the bank, interacting regularly with senior management, control partners and business stakeholders across the bank.
Your expertise
- Bachelor's degree (4 year university equivalent), minimum of 2-3 years working experience in a similar role in Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing or supply chain project management positions and application of TPRM / outsourcing regulatory requirements, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- A track record in strong project management skills, effective prioritization of work, analysis and reporting with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines and develop and maintain relationships across the bank
- Excellent written and spoken English and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- High degree of integrity with an open, honest and direct communication style and willing to challenge inefficiencies within the system
- Flexible and able to work efficiently across multiple time zones
