Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing automated testing strategies, leading a team of testers, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement automated testing strategies, including designing and executing automated test scripts and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing processes. - Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of testing projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in testing technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Test Automation Strategy. - Experience in leading a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of testing projects. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and technologies, including experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automated Testing. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.Graduation
