Program Test Lead
Objectives of this role
- Maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Oversee multiple Automation teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project sponsor, Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Identify key requirements and estimate automation efforts.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Act as an Automation Architect between automation team and the delivery manager to troubleshoot issues related to the enterprise automation tool.
Required skills and qualifications
- 10+Years of experience leading automation teams
- Knowledge on configurations such as CICD pipelines, DEX with TOSCA
- Designed, strategized automation framework and strategy
- Five or more years of experience in a mid-management role, preferably in leading large automation projects
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
- Good experience in managing stakeholders.
- Outstanding knowledge on Automation Framework, Best Practices and Reporting automation to stakeholders.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Worked extensively on automation projects with Tricentis TOSCA
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle
- Advanced and Expert level certifications in TOSCA
