Role Overview:
The Credit CardTechnology Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the technological aspects of Credit Card systems and services within a financial institution or related organization. Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture and Design:
- Develop and maintain the architecture for Credit Card systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance the overall Credit Card technology infrastructure.
Technology Integration:
- Oversee the integration of Credit Card systems with other banking systems, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive customer experience.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Credit Card services.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive Credit Card data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., PCI DSS).
- Stay abreast of industry security trends and best practices, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities.
Project Management:
- Lead Credit Card technology projects from conception to completion, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.

- Implement monitoring tools and metrics to track the performance of Credit Card systems.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage a team of technology professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Credit Card technology team.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with business units, risk management, compliance, and other stakeholders to align Credit Card technology initiatives with overall organizational goals.
