Product Manager
As a Product Manager at CodelogicX, you must lead the strategy and execution of demand base platform, defining, enhancing the SaaS foundations of our core platform as well as identify the current and future shared business services that need to be integrated.

Job Responsibilities
- Defining, communicating and executing the product roadmap.
- Define strategy, bringing internal and customer feedback and pain points forward in prioritization, services definition, and associated roadmap development.
- Working on initiatives and products that ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the company vision and supports the delivery of the company strategy.
- Work with the other Product/Projects Managers in establishing and communicating the product vision aligned to customer and business priority.
- Prioritising ideas and product requirements into product initiatives on the product backlogs
- Creating new products using a customer centre designed approach.
- Managing external development teams, partners, and internal resources to ensure that initiatives are delivered effectively and measurable.
- You will be working closely with sales, marketing and designing teams as well as software development teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product requirements and priorities.
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create services specifications and architecture for each core and shared services.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high quality products to life.
- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of services around growth, reuse, and performances.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven 3 plus years of related experience Knowledge of product development lifecycle, from idea to through to delivery and value realisation using data.
- Creative problem solving and strong critical thinking and analytical skills with a good understanding of the business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships in a multicultural environment, including remote teams and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
