Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas)
- E-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HTML/CSS and multimedia editing tools.
- Experience of working with HTML/XML or Markdown editing toolsExperience with video tutorial creation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and FAQs.
- Design, develop, and maintain LMS content, including course material, instructional videos, quizzes, and interactive elements.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
- Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Manage LMS functionalities, including user access, content organization, and progress tracking.
- Continuously evaluate and update training materials based on user feedback and evolving product features.
- Ensure all documentation and training materials are in line with company standards and branding.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technical writing, e-learning, and LMS technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
