Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Manager, competence centers, team members and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical and issues reported by clients ensuring timely resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and team members, and clients.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of application issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date work instructions and procedures for the supported systems and applications.
- Document and contribute in a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, known issues, and best practices to enable quick and efficient issue resolution.
- Learns and understands different BA competences centers organization to escalate complex issues, and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Contribute in identifying, preparing and providing training material for end users.
- Train end-users on application functionality and best practices.
- Support D365 and other systems and applications issues reported by users ensuring system and business processes continuity with minimum impact on business.
- Support master data procedures to ensure consistent and secure master data management within Industrial Solutions.
- Support entities with EDI transition initiatives from local solutions to central EDI service provided by Group.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to application support.
